Privacy Policy

October 23, 2026

This policy explains what Resilient Pathways (Tanya Neiman, LCSW) collects through resilientpathwayshv.com, how it is used, and the limits of this website as a place to share health information.

This website is not a secure channel
Use this site to learn about our services and request a consultation. Please do not send details about your health history through the contact forms, email, or text. If you are a provider referring a client, send only your name and contact information, and we will call you to discuss the details. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 the National Suicide and Crisis Line, or 911 for emergencies.

Information we collect

  • Contact and consultation forms: your name, email, city or town, whether you plan to use insurance or pay privately, your insurance provider, and the message you write. The Contact page form also asks what you are reaching out about, such as therapy, a referral, or community work.

  • Email, phone, and text: your email address or phone number and the content of what you send.

  • Automatic information: Squarespace, which hosts this site, collects technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies. Google reCAPTCHA checks form submissions to block spam and collects information about how your browser interacts with the form.

How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and keep the site secure and working. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

  • Squarespace: hosts the website and stores form submissions. It is not a HIPAA-secure channel.

  • Google reCAPTCHA: blocks spam on the contact forms and is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

  • Hushmail for Healthcare: email, under a business associate agreement.

  • iPlum: phone and text, under a business associate agreement.

  • Headway: if you book through our Headway profile, your booking and any information you give there are handled on Headway’s platform under its own policies.

Once you become a client, your information is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep inquiries
We keep website inquiries only as long as needed to respond, then delete them from the website’s form storage within 90 days. If you become a client, your information is kept in your clinical record for the period the law requires.

Cookies
Squarespace uses cookies needed to run and secure the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected.

Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent through this website by emailing us. Some states give residents additional rights, and we honor those requests where they apply.

Adults only, and other sites
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Links to other sites, such as Headway, are governed by those sites’ own policies.

Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
